El dibujo infantil como proceso creativo.

Abstract

Con la realización de este trabajo se pretende demostrar la importancia que el dibujo infantil tiene como proceso de autoconocimiento en el segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil, además del importante papel que juega en el desarrollo del niño de edades comprendidas entre 3 y 6 años. Para ello se han llevado a cabo numerosas actividades con niños sobre dos temas concretos, la casa y el cuerpo humano, ya que ambos son cercanos al niño y a la realidad en la que vive, de manera que ayuda a que se conozcan a ellos mismos. Además permite trabajar numerosos temas que son relevantes para esta etapa de la infancia como son la tolerancia y el respeto hacia los demás, conocer otras culturas, la familia, los diferentes rasgos del cuerpo humano… Finalmente, gracias a la realización de los dibujos finales, se ha comprobado si tras realizar numerosas actividades sobre estos temas, se pueden cambiar o no los estereotipos de los niños a la hora de dibujarlos.

The aim of this work is to demonstrate the relevance of children's drawing as self-knowledge process in the second cycle of pre-school Education, apart from the important role it plays in the development of children aged between 3 and 6 years. In order to write this paper, many activities with children were carried out. These activities were focused on two specific issues: home and human body, since both are close to the child and the reality in which he lives, and for this reason, they help children to know themselves. Besides, it makes possible to work with several topics that are significant to this stage of childhood, such as tolerance and respect for each other, to know other cultures, the family, or different features of the human body. Finally, thanks to the completion of the final drawings, it has been checked whether it is possible or not to change children's stereotypes at the moment of drawing about these topics after doing many activities based on them.
