La interculturalidad a través de la educación artística en educación infantil

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado pretende abordar la diversidad cultural desde un planteamiento de escuela inclusiva. El objetivo es establecer la importancia del arte, la cultura y la educación artística como estrategia para una educación inclusiva e intercultural. La sociedad actual ha vivido en estos últimos años una acumulación de cambios en los valores, actitudes y prácticas que se reflejan en los planteamientos de la educación y en la realidad de la escuela. Uno de estos cambios se refiere al reconocimiento de la diversidad del alumnado, comprendiendo ésta como un valor enriquecedor y positivo para todos, que obliga a la búsqueda de alternativas didácticas en la práctica de la escuela. La educación inclusiva se presenta como una respuesta que no sólo reconoce, sino que además valora la heterogeneidad del alumnado, al centrarse en el desarrollo de las potencialidades de cada cual, y no en sus dificultades. En este trabajo pretendo que los alumnos aprendan a respetarse, a valorar y conocer las diferentes culturas, conviviendo todos sin problemas en un aula caracterizada por una gran diversidad cultural, usando como herramienta el arte y la educación artística. Para que esta propuesta se haga realidad, el proyecto se ha realizado en el CEIP Pan y Guindas de Palencia, centro que lleva más de 30 años dedicado a la integración. Quiero constatar, a través de esta experiencia, que la educación inclusiva puede ser posible en las aulas, aunque su horizonte es tan amplio que debemos ir dando pequeños pasos para que este reto que nos proponemos constituya una realidad. Es necesario un cambio en las actitudes de los profesionales, del alumnado, de los centros escolares, de las familias y de la comunidad educativa en general y ha de hacerse en todos los ámbitos sociales para promover una escuela y una sociedad realmente inclusiva.

This Work of End of Degree pretends to tackle the cultural diversity from an approach of intercultural school. Establish the importance of art, culture and artistic education as a strategy for inclusive and intercultural education. The current society has lived in these last years an accumulation of changes in the values, attitudes and practical, that reflect in the approaches of the education and in the reality of the school. One of these changes refers to the recognition of the diversity of the students, comprising this diversity like a good and positive value for all, but that forces to the research of didactic alternatives in the education and in the practice of the school. The Intercultural Education presents like an answer that no only recognises, but besides it values, the heterogeneity of the students, when centring in the development of the potentialities of each, and no in his difficulties. In this work pretend that the students learn to respect, to value and know the different cultures and coexist all without problems in a classroom characterised by a big cultural diversity. So that this proposal do reality, the proposal has made in the CEIP Pan y Guindas of Palencia, centre that carries more than 30 years devoted to the integration. I want to ascertain, through this experience, that the Intercultural Education can be possible in the classrooms, although his horizon is so wide that we have to go giving small steps so that this challenge that propose us constitute a reality. It is necessary a change in the attitudes of the professionals, of the students, of the educational centres, of the families and of the educational community in general and has to do in all the social fields to promote a school and a society Intercultural Education.
