Análisis de la enseñanza de los eufemismos en los materiales de ELE

Abstract

Vivimos en una sociedad en la que es considerable la necesidad de contrarrestar la potencial amenaza de los actos de habla, para lo que los denominados eufemismos resultan, a menudo, de gran utilidad. Sin embargo, estimo que no se presta suficiente atención a los eufemismos en las clases de español como lengua extranjera. Por este motivo, en el presente trabajo, me propongo ocuparme de los eufemismos y de cómo los materiales empleados en el aula de ELE los presentan, ya que considero que son un recurso educativo que todo alumno necesita adquirir. Para ello, analizaré una serie de materiales didácticos que contienen actividades sobre eufemismos con la intención de evaluar si se adecúan a las exigencias del Plan Curricular del Instituto Cervantes y a las necesidades comunicativas de los estudiantes de ELE.

We all live in a society in which is necessary to counteract the potential threat of the speech acts in order to maintain or improve the social relations, where euphemisms, frequently, are highly useful. However, I consider that they are not sufficiently taken advantage in the classes of Spanish as a foreign language. For this reason, in this dissertation, I take on the study of euphemisms, paying attention to their typology and their communicative functions, and to analyze how the didactic resources used in the classes of SFL present them, due to the fact that I think that they are didactic resources that all students need to acquire. Therefore, it will be examined a serie of instructional materials which have activities of euphemisms with the intention of evaluating if they are adapted to the requests of the Plan Curricular del Instituto Cervantes and the communicative necessities of the students of SFL.
