Abstract

El presente Trabajo pretende resolver un supuesto de partición de herencia con ciertas peculiaridades que iremos tratando para crear un dictamen para nuestro cliente, nuera de la causante, que acudió a nosotros debido a que la manera de hacer de los herederos le parece irregular. Nosotros trataremos de despejar todas sus dudas, mediante nuestro asesoramiento, para desentrañar esta cuestión principal y todas las accesorias que se nos presenten en el curso de su desarrollo. El causante de la herencia ha fallecido con un cuantioso patrimonio que debe repartirse entre sus sucesores. Además, en vida donó a uno de sus hijos un bien inmueble, cuestión que deberá tenerse en cuenta a la hora de realizar la correspondiente partición. Doña Carmen otorgó testamento cerrado realizando diversas adjudicaciones a sus herederos y planteando ciertas condiciones que requieren de un minucioso análisis. Por último, analizaremos la figura del albacea contador-partidor y su comportamiento.
