Dictamen sobre un caso de robo con violencia e intimidación, robo con fuerza y hurto

Abstract

El presente Dictamen aborda el tema de un delito de robo con fuerza, un delito de robo con violencia e intimidación, un delito de hurto y un delito leve de hurto. A lo largo de los años se ha ido modificando los distintos delitos que se van a estudiar en este Dictamen, modificando las penas que se imponen al acusado de estas infracciones. Este estudio se va a llevar acabo basándome en la actual reforma del Código Penal, y también con sus leyes anteriores, en el caso de los artículos que no han sido modificados. Se realizará un Dictamen jurídico, a partir de una documentación, para nuestro cliente Don Roberto, el cual ha sido acusado de los distintos delitos mencionados anteriormente y necesita saber qué es lo que le puede ocurrir si esta acusación prospera y si existe la posibilidad de ingresar en un centro penitenciario.
