La influencia de las tecnologías en el estilo de vida de los niños de Educación Primaria

Abstract

Partiendo del concepto de tecnología, consideraremos las variantes que intervienen en el uso excesivo por parte de los niños, así como las causas que pueden generar algunos problemas en su desarrollo. Haremos lo mismo con el concepto de actividad física, pero en este caso partiremos tanto del concepto como del tiempo mínimo de actividad física que debemos realizar. Una vez analizadas las variantes y las causas, comenzaremos a establecer relaciones con otros factores: como pueden ser las aplicaciones tecnológicas aplicadas a la actividad física o la relación que guardan con el ámbito social. A continuación de ello, iniciaremos la investigación a través de un cuestionario en el que se tendrán en cuanta a la hora de elaborarlo todas las cuestiones, variantes y causas anteriores. Cuando lo hayan realizado se analizarán los datos obtenidos a través de gráficos de barras y ya entonces podremos sacar las conclusiones de todo el proceso de investigación.

Starting from the concept of technology, we will consider the variants that intervene in excessive use by children, as well as the causes that can generate some problems in their development. We will do the same with the concept of physical activity, but in this case, we will start from both the concept and the minimum time of physical activity that we must perform. Once the variants and causes have been analyzed, we will begin to establish relationships with other factors: such as technological applications applied to physical activity or their relationship with the social sphere. Following this, we will initiate the investigation through a questionnaire in which all the previous questions, variants and causes will be taken into account when preparing it. When they have done it, the data obtained will be analyzed through bar graphs and then we will be able to draw the conclusions from the entire research process.
