Abstract

La designación de Adolf Hitler como canciller de Alemania supuso la consolidación del nacionalsocialismo como sistema totalitario que pretendía integrar a la sociedad alemana en la Comunidad Nacional a través de medidas de adhesión y consenso, pero también de represión y exclusión social. Hitler halló en la generación joven una oportunidad para conseguir su objetivo de dominar Alemania y Europa, en primer lugar, por su falta de conocimiento y, en segundo lugar, porque son el futuro de toda sociedad. La educación fue el arma más poderosa para divulgar entre estos la ideología nazi basada en la política racial, las leyes de la naturaleza y del espacio vital, y en la imagen del Führer como redentor de Alemania. Desde 1933 hasta 1945, todos los niños nacidos en el Tercer Reich llevarían la cruz gamada en el ombligo.

The appointment of Adolf Hitler as Chancellor of Germany meant the establishment of National Socialism as a totalitarian system that pursue to integrate German society into the National Community through measures of bonding and consensus, but also of repression and social exclusion. Hitler took advantage of the weak spot, the young generation. They were the future of the country and their lack of knowledge made them very susceptible to being manipulated, which gave him the opportunity to achieve his goal of dominating Germany and Europe. Education was the most powerful weapon to spread Nazi ideology among them, based on racial politics, the laws of nature and living space, and on the image of the Führer as the redeemer of Germany. From 1933 to 1945, all children born in the Third Reich would wear the swastika on their navel.
