En el último año, más de 3500 jóvenes de Castilla y León se marcharon en busca de oportunidades laborales y proyectos de vida que en la región no encuentran. En los últimos diez años, más de 147.000 jóvenes de entre los 20 y los 34 años han abandonado la comunidad. Según los datos del INE, Castilla y León es la Comunidad Autónoma que más pierde población de toda España, 1 de cada 4 habitantes de la región tiene más de 65 años y la cifra de hijos por mujer en la comunidad se sitúa en los 1,1 hijos. Este Trabajo Fin de Grado en la modalidad profesional, aborda el problema del éxodo juvenil en Castilla y León a través de un reportaje multimedia para intentar responder a las siguientes cuestiones: ¿Estarían dispuestos a volver a los jóvenes? ¿Pretenden regresar en un periodo a corto-medio plazo? ¿Qué es lo que debería cambiar para que pudiesen regresar? ¿Cómo intentan las administraciones públicas paliar este problema demográfico?
In the last year, more than 3,500 young people from Castile and Leon left in search of job opportunities and life projects that they cannot find in the region. In the last ten years, more than 147,000 young people between the ages of 20 and 34 have left the community. This Final Degree Project in the professional modality, addresses the problem of the youth exodus in Castile and Leon through a multimedia report to try to answer the following questions: Would they be willing to return to the youth? Do you intend to return in a short-medium term period? What would have to change so that they could return? How do public administrations try to alleviate this demographic problem?
