La inteligencia artificial y su impacto en los gobiernos y sociedad actuales

Abstract

En la actualidad la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) ha emergido como una tecnología transformadora que está revolucionando la forma en que trabajamos y nos relacionamos. Su impacto se ha hecho evidente con la reciente llegada de aplicaciones como Chat GPT y Dall-E, que imitan el comportamiento humano en la generación de imágenes y textos. En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) se ha realizado un análisis minucioso y detallado de la IA y su influencia tanto en los gobiernos como en la sociedad en su conjunto. El objetivo principal es comprender cómo esta tecnología disruptiva está moldeando nuestra realidad, explorando tanto sus beneficios como sus desafíos inherentes. El TFG examina en profundidad las estrategias implementadas por los gobiernos a nivel global y nacional para aprovechar los beneficios de la IA y abordar los riesgos y desafíos asociados. Se exploran las políticas, regulaciones y enfoques adoptados para garantizar un uso ético y responsable de la IA, proteger la seguridad social y promover el bienestar de la sociedad. Además, se analizan las aplicaciones de la IA en el sector público, centrándose en áreas como el sector salud, financiero y empresarial. Se examinan los beneficios potenciales, los desafíos y las implicaciones sociales de la implementación de la IA en estas áreas, prestando especial atención a su impacto en la seguridad social y la sociedad en general.

Furthermore, the applications of AI in the public sector are analyzed, with a focus on areas such as healthcare, finance, and business. The potential benefits, challenges, and social implications of implementing AI in these areas are examined, with special attention given to its impact. In summary, this Final Degree Project aims to provide a comprehensive and detailed analysis of AI and its influence on governments and society. The objective is to gain a clear understanding of the benefits and challenges associated with this disruptive technology, and to promote ethical and responsible use of AI for the betterment of society.
