    Resumen
This Final Degree Project focused on analysing each and every one of the intercultural skills of the early childhood education teachers at CPEIP Ciudad de Corella, a school in the Autonomous Community of Navarre that stands out for its high cultural diversity. Given the increase in the number of students of foreign origin, the main objective of the research was to make a clear diagnosis of the degree of preparation of teachers in terms of inclusion, in relation to diversity and also methodological adaptation. Using a mixed methodology (qualitative and quantitative), questionnaires were completed and administered to the early childhood teaching staff at the school, and direct observations were recorded during the teaching practice period that took place at the same time. The results revealed a positive attitude towards cultural diversity on the part of the teaching staff, as well as their active involvement, where respect and inclusion are paramount. However, shortcomings were found with regard to the use of teaching materials related to cultural inclusion, as well as specific activities, and there is a high demand for continuing training in this area. The research concluded that, despite the existence of a strong foundation for promoting the main objective of real and effective intercultural education, it is essential to design a series of proposals that will lead to an improvement in the situation through adequate teacher training, the participation of families and the institutionalisation of an approach rooted in interculturalism. The study also sought to serve as a reference or model for educational centres in other communities or international centres that find themselves in a similar situation.
