Pequeñas acciones para grandes cambios: propuesta ambiental para Educación Infantil

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado presenta el diseño, desarrollo y análisis de un Proyecto de Educación Ambiental dirigida al segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil, concretamente a alumnado de 3 años. La intervención se fundamenta en el Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos (ABP) y en el enfoque STEAM, y tiene como finalidad fomentar la conciencia ambiental temprana mediante el abordaje de la contaminación y de las tres erres (reducir, reutilizar y reciclar). A través de un hilo narrativo motivador y de actividades experimentales, manipulativas y cooperativas, el proyecto promueve aprendizajes significativos y el desarrollo de actitudes de cuidado y respeto hacia el entorno, en coherencia con el currículo vigente y con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. La puesta en práctica permitió analizar la viabilidad de la propuesta en un contexto real de aula, evidenciando avances en la comprensión de nociones ambientales básicas, así como en la adquisición de hábitos sostenibles y actitudes proambientales desde edades tempranas.

This Final Degree Project presents the design, implementation and analysis of an environmental education project aimed at the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, specifically targeting three-year-old pupils. The intervention is based on Project-Based Learning (PBL) and the STEAM approach, and its main objective is to foster early environmental awareness through the exploration of pollution and the three Rs (reduce, reuse and recycle). Through a motivating narrative thread and experimental, hands-on and cooperative activities, the project promotes meaningful learning and the development of attitudes of care and respect for the environment, in line with the current curriculum and the Sustainable Development Goals. The implementation of the project made it possible to analyse its viability in a real classroom context, revealing progress in the understanding of basic environmental concepts, as well as in the acquisition of sustainable habits and pro- environmental attitudes from an early age.
