Pedagogía terapéutica en el síndrome de Angelman: prototipo de una guía

Abstract

Esta propuesta de Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en la investigación del Síndrome de Angelman desde una perspectiva educativa, específicamente en el ámbito de la Educación Especial. El propósito principal es diseñar un prototipo de guía dirigida a docentes, pedagogos terapéuticos y familias que contribuya a facilitar la comprensión del síndrome y sirva como recurso de apoyo para la intervención educativa. De este modo, se busca mejorar la práctica educativa, apoyando el papel del pedagogo terapéutico realizando una intervención basada en la realidad del aula. En cuanto a la guía, se desarrolló un estudio de carácter cualitativo mediante una fase de revisión bibliográfica, así como una fase de empatía a través de entrevistas realizadas a los agentes implicados de un alumno con Síndrome de Angelman; tutora, pedagoga terapéutica, equipo de orientación y familia, se estructura su contenido. Esta guía ha sido evaluada por los agentes, con la finalidad de conocer el grado de satisfacción y utilidad de dicha guía.

This Final Degree Project focuses on the study of Angelman Syndrome from an educational perspective, specifically within the field of Special Education. The main purpose is to design a prototype guide aimed at teachers, special education teachers, and families, which contributes to facilitating the understanding of the syndrome and serves as a support resource for educational intervention. In this way, the project seeks to improve educational practice by supporting the role of the therapeutic pedagogue and promoting an intervention based on the reality of the classroom. Regarding the guide, a qualitative study was conducted through a bibliographic review phase as well as an empathy phase based on interviews with the agents involved in the education of a student with Angelman Syndrome, including the classroom teacher, the therapeutic pedagogue, the guidance team, and the family. The content of the guide was structured based on the information obtained, and it was subsequently evaluated by the participants in order to determine their level of satisfaction and the usefulness of the guide.
