Propuesta de intervención en comunidades con alta diversidad cultural: Pozaldez, un viaje en la mirada

Abstract

La diversidad cultural es un asunto de interés global debido a los movimientos migratorios, pero ¿cómo afecta a las poblaciones rurales? En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster vamos a responder esta pregunta tratando asuntos como la migración, la cultura y el patrimonio oral, etc. Para ello, se ha elaborado un marco teórico y normativo en el que se analizan intervenciones relacionadas con la inclusión de las personas migrantes. Este análisis sirve como base para realizar una propuesta de intervención en la localidad vallisoletana de Pozaldez. A partir de la investigación, se proponen acciones teniendo por objetivos la inclusión social de las personas migrantes en la localidad, valorando el patrimonio local y la diversidad cultural. Para finalizar con unas líneas de actuación futura y conclusiones sobre la diversidad cultural.

Cultural diversity is a topic of global interest due to the migratory movements. But how does al lof this affect rural populations? In this Master’s Thesis, we aim to answer this question by addressing topics such as migration, culture, and oral heritage, among others. To this end, a theoretical and regulatory framework has been developed, analyzing interventions related to the inclusion of migrants. This analysis serves as the foundation for proposing an intervention in the town of Pozaldez, in the province of Valladolid. Based on the research, actions are proposed with the aim of promoting the social inclusion of migrants in the locality, valuing local heritage and cultural diversity. To conclude, future lines of action and final reflections on cultural diversity are presented.
